Pricer develops retail pricing and sorting solutions. They aimed to enhance user experience, especially for managing complex products by business managers and floor workers. The goal was a unified app experience and groundwork for a design-driven process.

Insights:
Pricer products require user-friendly visualization of complex data, catering to diverse retailer types and user roles. The challenge lies in presenting information, IDs, locations, and statuses effectively for increased retail efficiency.
Concept:
Collaborated with teams and stakeholders to establish a design pattern. Crafted personas and mapped user journeys for hardware and food store personnel. Defined needs across information viewing, product locating, and status changes.
Solution:
Developed a user-centric design for store managers to locate and manage products via an in-store mapping system. Designed software for handling hardware purchase, recycling, and software installation.
Results:
The designed solutions were produced, tested, and implemented. Initial customer testing displayed increased efficiency. Delivered design systems, guidelines, and user insights for future designers.
